A tactile wall installation was created at the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit to present data that illustrated the Flint Water Crisis. Using data from Detroit Future City, a map of Detroit was rendered to question the data collected. Future projection of water banks that will replace public housing are outlined, while people who are being displaced by this project are seen floating as fragments above the map as outliers. This project prompts people to inquire further about the topic, without making solidified statements.
Done in collaboration with Public Visualization Studio
Created at and exhibited at Museum of Contemporary Art at Detroit (MOCAD) with Design Inquiry.
